Allison G. is a Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of experience in healthcare. She began her career as a Labor and Delivery RN and has been a Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner for the past decade. "My focus has always been on empowering people in their health care decisions and trusting your intuition and expertise when it comes to your own body. "Allison is an expert in the field of hormone therapy for both men and women, regenerative medicine, peptide therapy and is the owner of North Star Holistic Medicine in Falmouth Maine. She also has the joy of teaching at the University of Southern Maine in the Holistic Health department.

Hormones in Motion is for women ages 40–65 navigating perimenopause or menopause who want comprehensive, personalized support—not just symptom management.
We bridge the gap between medicine and lifestyle. You’ll get functional lab testing, expert hormone guidance, and individualized coaching that connects your hormones, health, and habits for lasting results.
Due to licensing restrictions, medical services are available only to Maine residents at this time. Coaching and educational components, however, are available virtually to women anywhere. Contact us for alternative options
Not at all. Hormone therapy is one option, but it’s always personalized. You’ll receive expert guidance to determine what’s right for your body—whether that includes hormones, lifestyle shifts, or both.
No, the program itself is not covered by insurance. However, you may be able to use your HSA or FSA funds depending on your benefits. We can provide documentation for reimbursement if needed.
As part of your personalized plan, we’ll discuss the best next steps for you—including continued functional medicine support, coaching, or community options.
